Sleep at Home Retreat: Join Tracy for 2 fun days at the shop! Friday and Saturday, January 23 and 24th, 9:30 – 3pm.
Beginner Quilting Class: A class is being offered starting Saturday, January 31st, 10-12pm for 6 classes. Learn the latest techniques and see what tools are available. You will make a lap quilt (homework included!)
Thread Painting Class: Wednesdays, February 4th and 18th. Jane will introduce you to this amazing artistic technique. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the best!
January’s On-going Monthly Clubs:
Finishing School: Every Tuesday, from 9:30-1pm. It is a time to work on your projects along with others. Lots of advice and encouragement are provided! No need to sign up, just come along and join the group.
Knotty Girls! Jan 8, 9:30-11:30. Bring your project for show and tell. New members are welcome to join. It is a “slow stitch” time when many different kinds of stitching are worked on. New patterns and ideas are available to motivate you!
Smile Quilts: Jan 14, 10:00-1:00. All the quilts that were made during the fall were delivered to Youville and a women and children’s shelter before Christmas. Hopefully they brought smiles to the recipients. Come join the project.
Wool Applique Club! Jan 15, 10-12. Bring along your projects and see what others have done!! Motivation guaranteed! NOTE: Rescheduled to Jan 29, 10-12.
Landscape: Jan 22, 10-1. This class takes you from photo to fabric. Many techniques are covered as you progress. This is a good time to start a new project.
