Finishing School: Here is a day when you can share ideas, get inspired, & make new quilting friends. Every Tuesday, you can enjoy friendship, coffee, & tea between 9:30 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. Homemade soup available for lunch too! Bring your own project to work on. Come and go when it suits. $3/ Session. Knitting: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. $5/Session

Charity Quilting: This dedicated group of ladies (The Scrappy Gals) meet one Friday a month to sew lap quilts for the local shelters. Fabric is provided as well as a home-cooked lunch. Bring along your machine and your sense of humour. Next session to be determined. $20 each session.

Friday Fun Night: Next Fun Night is TBD; 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Join in the fun! Gather with your friends for an evening of quilting and lots of laughs. Nibbles and refreshments at 4:00 p.m.; class starts at 4:30 p.m., followed by pizza. $30 each night.

Knotty Girls: Meet together monthly with other stitchers to share ideas and patterns. Keep up with the latest ideas and patterns. Instructions provided for new stitchers. There are a few places open starting Friday, January 7, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. $50

Stitching Club: This club meets once a month to enjoy stitching. You can learn new stitches, choose new patterns or work on patterns of your own. There will be a selection of the latest patterns available for you to order. There are a few places open starting Saturday, January 15, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. $50

Knitting Club: Join this fun group for an afternoon of stitches on needles. There is help and instruction. Bring your own project, or start a new one. There is a hat on 4 needles if you don’t have a project. Patterns and ideas will be shared. Just drop in on Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Enjoy tea with other knitters, knit in our sunny back classroom and watch the cardinals on the feeder. $5/session.

Block of the Month “Sunflowers & Feathers”: Starts Saturday, March 26, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. $10 each class, plus pattern purchase.
This is a fun 9-class series of sunflowers & chickens. Learn to fuse, embellish and quilt block by block. This means that you can quilt your blocks as you make them; making machine quilting so easy, then assemble the blocks into a quilt.

Beginner Quilting: Thurs., starts May 12 for 8 weeks, 6:30 – 8:30 pm. $85.
This is where to get started. Learn the basics of quilt making. The latest gadgets and techniques will be covered, as well as the traditional methods.

Hard Block Café (4): Tuesday, June 14, 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. $20.
Café Social starts at 12:30 pm
Jan continues to stretch and improve your skills with these blocks.

Stump Work with Barry: Friday, June 3 & 24, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. $60.
Over this 2-day workshop you will discover basic padded stump work and how to use embellishments. If you are a quilter you can use these methods of embellishment on your work, moving your results to the WOW! Level.

Rug Hooking - with Loretta

Rug Hooking: Saturday, June 25, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Learn this traditional rug hooking technique. Loretta will have kits for you to purchase and will teach you how to be a hooker. New designs are available.
There will also be a class for experienced hookers following this class - get finishing tips and techniques; 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. $15.

A $10, non-refundable deposit is required at registration for a class.
If the class for which you are registered disappears from the list, don’t panic!
It means that the class is full, not cancelled!
